Veal Chops with Sage Mustard Butter
Ingredients
6 veal chops, about 2 inches thick | ||
8 oz whipped unsalted butter | ||
3 tsp of chopped fresh sage | ||
2 tsp honey mustard | ||
Kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste |
The sage mustard butter gives these veal chops incredible flavor.
- Season veal chops with salt and pepper.
- Broil veal chops, about 8 minutes per side.
- Blend together the butter, mustard and sage.
- Before serving add a dolup of the herb mustard butter to each chop.
