Veal Chops with Sage Mustard Butter
- 6 veal chops, about 2 inches thick
- 8 oz whipped unsalted butter
- 3 tsp of chopped fresh sage
- 2 tsp honey mustard
- Kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
The sage mustard butter gives these veal chops incredible flavor.
- Season veal chops with salt and pepper.
- Broil veal chops, about 8 minutes per side.
- Blend together the butter, mustard and sage.
- Before serving add a dolup of the herb mustard butter to each chop.
