Veal Chops with Sage Mustard Butter
|6 veal chops, about 2 inches thick|
|8 oz whipped unsalted butter|
|3 tsp of chopped fresh sage|
|2 tsp honey mustard|
|Kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste|
The sage mustard butter gives these veal chops incredible flavor.
- Season veal chops with salt and pepper.
- Broil veal chops, about 8 minutes per side.
- Blend together the butter, mustard and sage.
- Before serving add a dolup of the herb mustard butter to each chop.
