Veal Chops with Sage Mustard Butter


  • 6 veal chops, about 2 inches thick
  • 8 oz whipped unsalted butter
  • 3 tsp of chopped fresh sage
  • 2 tsp honey mustard
  • Kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste

The sage mustard butter gives these veal chops incredible flavor.

  • Season veal chops with salt and pepper.
  • Broil veal chops, about 8 minutes per side.
  • Blend together the butter, mustard and sage.
  • Before serving add a dolup of the herb mustard butter to each chop.
