Whipped Cream Pound Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 3 cups flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Light and sweet with a delicate crust.

Directions:
  • Cream sugar and butter.
  • Alternatively add the flour and eggs, 2 at a time.
  • Whip cream until soft peaks form.
  • Add vanilla or orange liqueur and fold into batter.
  • pour into greased and floured bundt pan.
  • Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and cool before serving.
