Sweet Chili Shrimp Salad


  • 2 lbs of shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup chili sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tbs sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
  • 1 head, butter or Boston lettuce
This is a great appetizer that is a perfect start for a dinner party.

  • Combine mayonnaise, chili sauce, garlic, pickle relish, Dijon mustard, chopped scallion.
  • Mix well, taste then season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Add shrimp and gently mix well.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • You may serve on a platter lined with lettuce or on individual plates in butter lettuce cups.
