Sweet Chili Shrimp Salad


2 lbs of shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chili sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbs sweet pickle relish
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Dijon mustard
kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
1 head, butter or Boston lettuce
This is a great appetizer that is a perfect start for a dinner party.

  • Combine mayonnaise, chili sauce, garlic, pickle relish, Dijon mustard, chopped scallion.
  • Mix well, taste then season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Add shrimp and gently mix well.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • You may serve on a platter lined with lettuce or on individual plates in butter lettuce cups.

  • Thanks for sharing this recipe. Our local seafood shop sell this by the tub and charges an arm and a leg for it, it is so good. Now I can make it myself.
