Apricot Sauce


  • 1 cup apricot jam
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 4 tbs dry mustard
  • 2 tbs soy sauce
  • 2 tsp grated lemon peel
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
This is a sauce that goes will with chicken, fish or pork.
  • In a sauce pan stir pineapple juice into mustard until mixture is smooth.
  • Add the remaining ingredients.
  • Heat using low heat, stirring constantly until jam is melted.
