Asian Marinade


  • Juice from 2 to 3 limes
  • 1 tbs light soy sauce
  • 2 tsps honey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
  • kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste

This is versatile marinade that can be used with chicken beef or pork.

  • Mix all ingredients in a non reactive bowl and allow flavors to meld for 1 hour.
  • Use as a marinade or dipping sauce.
