Blue Berry Smoothie
|2 cups of blueberries, fresh or frozen|
|8 oz of vanilla yogurt|
|1 cup milk|
|1 (6 oz) can of pineapple juice|
|3 tbs honey|
|1 and 1/2 cups of ice cubes|
Blue berries are super healthy and should play a larger part in our diets. This is a delicious way to jump start healthy eating.
- In a blender place blueberries, yogurt, milk, pineapple juice and honey and blend until smooth.
- Add the ice cubes, a few at a time and blend until crushed.
