Brown Butter Garlic Sauce
Ingredients
| 1 stick of butter | ||
| 5 tbs lemon juice | ||
| 2 tsp garlic, minced |
- In a saute pan using medium heat add the butter and cook until the butter starts to turn light brown.
- Add garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add the lemon juice mix then remove from heat.
- Recipe may be doubled.
