- 1 cup of cucumber, peeled, seeded and grated
- 1 cup sour cream
- kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
- dash of onion powder
- dash of garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- dash of cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
This is very refreshing sauce that works well with vegetables,chicken or fish.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Refrigerate for several hours.
