Cumin Garlic Yogurt Sauce
- 2 cups plain Greek style yogurt
- 3 tbs of cilantro, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed or minced
- 2 tsp of ground cumin
- dash of kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper
This is a great sauce for spreading over fish or chicken or even a salad.
- In a bowl add all ingredients and mix well.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to marry.
