Easy Fruit Salad
|1 cup of seedless grapes, halved|
|1 can of mandarin orange slices, drained|
|1 cup miniature marshmallows|
|1 cup coconut, grated|
|1 can of sliced pineapple chunks, drained (reserve some of the drained liquid)|
|1 cup sour cream|
This is a super simple fruit salad that you can throw together in about 5 minutes. Recipe may be doubled.
- Add all ingredients to a non reactive bowl along with a little of the juice drained from the pineapples.
