Easy Fruit Salad


  • 1 cup of seedless grapes, halved
  • 1 can of mandarin orange slices, drained
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup coconut, grated
  • 1 can of sliced pineapple chunks, drained (reserve some of the drained liquid)
  • 1 cup sour cream

This is a super simple fruit salad that you can throw together in about 5 minutes. Recipe may be doubled.

  • Add all ingredients to a non reactive bowl along with a little of the juice drained from the pineapples.
