Easy Pan Gravy
|1 cup milk|
|2 tsp flour|
|2 tsp of chicken or beef pan drippings|
|dash of salt and pepper|
- Melt drippings and lower heat.
- Add flour and stir until smooth.
- Add cold liquid all at once and whisk until thick.
- Simmer for about 5 minutes. If too thick add more milk.
- Season with salt and pepper.
