Easy Pan Gravy


  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tsp flour
  • 2 tsp of chicken or beef pan drippings
  • dash of salt and pepper
  • Melt drippings and lower heat.
  • Add flour and stir until smooth.
  • Add cold liquid all at once and whisk until thick.
  • Simmer for about 5 minutes. If too thick add more milk.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
