Lemon Chive Sauce


  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tbs fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • 1 tsp grated lemon peel
  • dash of kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper
This sauce is wonderful with chicken or fish.
  • Melt  butter in a sauce pan using medium heat then add remaining ingredients.
  • Whisk well.
  • Serve hot.
