Parsley Butter
Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter | ||
2 tbs chopped parsley | ||
1 tbs snipped chives | ||
dash of kosher salt |
This is a compound butter that is delicious served over chicken or fish.
- In a bowl, let butter soften slightly. Beat until smooth.
- Mix in parsley and chives along with a dash of salt.
- Mix well then turn out on to a piece of aluminum foil and shape into a log.
- Place in refrigerator until firm.
- You may cut of a disc to place top of a cooked dish.
- This butter may also be frozen.
