Raspberry Smoothie

Ingredients

2 cups of fresh or frozen raspberries
1 cup of fat free yogurt
2 tbs honey
1/2 cup crushed ice or 4 to 5 ice cubes
  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Recipe may be doubled.
