Sherry Wine Tartar Sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 3 tbs sweet pickle relish, drained
- 2 tbs parsley, minced
- 2 tbs pimento stuff olives, chopped
- 1 tsp capers, chopped
- 1 tbs onion, chopped
- dash of kosher salt
- Mix all ingredients together well.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to all flavors to marry.
- Bring to room temperature before serving.
