Sherry Wine Tartar Sauce
Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise | ||
1/4 cup dry sherry | ||
3 tbs sweet pickle relish, drained | ||
2 tbs parsley, minced | ||
2 tbs pimento stuff olives, chopped | ||
1 tsp capers, chopped | ||
1 tbs onion, chopped | ||
dash of kosher salt |
- Mix all ingredients together well.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to all flavors to marry.
- Bring to room temperature before serving.
