- 4 to 6 green apples
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 cup quick rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Grease a baking pan.
- Pare and slice apples.
- Put them in the prepared pan.
- In a bowl stir dry ingredients together.
- Mix in butter until mixture is crumbly.
- Sprinkle topping over apples.
- Bake about 30 minutes until apples are tender and topping is lightly browned.
