Basil Chili Butter


  • 1/4 lb butter, room temperature
  • 1 tbs of chili powder
  • 1 tbs of fresh basil, minced or 2 tsp of dried basil
  • Add all ingredients to a small bowl and mix well.
  • Place butter in the center of a piece of plastic wrap and form an log.
  • Refrigerate until firm.
  • Butter may also be frozen for up to 3 months and used as needed.
  • Perfect served over fish or chicken.
