Basil Chili Butter
- 1/4 lb butter, room temperature
- 1 tbs of chili powder
- 1 tbs of fresh basil, minced or 2 tsp of dried basil
- Add all ingredients to a small bowl and mix well.
- Place butter in the center of a piece of plastic wrap and form an log.
- Refrigerate until firm.
- Butter may also be frozen for up to 3 months and used as needed.
- Perfect served over fish or chicken.
