Cold Lemon Japanese Buckwheat Noodles
|1/2 lb of buckwheat noodles|
|1/4 cup lemon juice|
|2 tbs soy sauce|
|1 tsp sesame oil|
|1 tsp chopped ginger|
|1/4 cup cilantro, minced|
- Cook noodles according to package directions
- Drain noodles and rinse with cold water until cool. Place in a bowl.
- in a small bowl, stir together lemon juice, soy sauce, sesame oil and ginger.
- Pour over noodles, add cilantro and toss.
