Cold Lemon Japanese Buckwheat Noodles
Ingredients
1/2 lb of buckwheat noodles | ||
1/4 cup lemon juice | ||
2 tbs soy sauce | ||
1 tsp sesame oil | ||
1 tsp chopped ginger | ||
1/4 cup cilantro, minced |
- Cook noodles according to package directions
- Drain noodles and rinse with cold water until cool. Place in a bowl.
- in a small bowl, stir together lemon juice, soy sauce, sesame oil and ginger.
- Pour over noodles, add cilantro and toss.
