Deviled Surimi Seafood Salad
Ingredients
3 cups Alaska Surimi seafood | ||
3/4 cup mayonnaise | ||
2 tsp mustard | ||
2 tsp paprika | ||
2 scallions, chopped | ||
1 tsp Tabasco | ||
juice from 1/2 lemon | ||
kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste |
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Gently mix well to combine.
- Store covered and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
- May be served atop lettuce or in sandwiches.
