“Parmesan Herb Croutons”


  • 1/2 lb of day old French Bread
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tbs grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian herb seasoning
  • Cut bread into 1/2 inch cubes and spread on a baking sheet and bake in a 300 degree oven for 15 minutes.
  • In a large saute pan using medium high heat melt the butter.
  • Add the bread cubes, cheese and herbs.
  • Mix gently until the bread cubes are evenly coated and butter is absorbed. About 2 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and let cool.
