“Parmesan Herb Croutons”
|1/2 lb of day old French Bread|
|1/2 cup butter|
|1 tbs grated Parmesan cheese|
|1 tsp Italian herb seasoning|
- Cut bread into 1/2 inch cubes and spread on a baking sheet and bake in a 300 degree oven for 15 minutes.
- In a large saute pan using medium high heat melt the butter.
- Add the bread cubes, cheese and herbs.
- Mix gently until the bread cubes are evenly coated and butter is absorbed. About 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
