Soy Milk Berry Smoothie
|3 cups plain or vanilla soy milk|
|1 frozen banana, cut into chunks|
|1/2 cup frozen strawberries|
|1/2 cup frozen raspberries|
|1 tsp vanilla extract|
|1/3 cup of sugar|
- Peel and cut bananas into chunks. Place in a zip lock bag and freeze overnight.
- Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
