Strawberry Butter Sauce
Ingredients
| 1 stick of unsalted butter | ||
| 1 cup confectioners sugar | ||
| 1 cup of strawberries |
This is a thick sauce that can be used as a frosting or to butter pancakes and waffles.
- Cream the butter, adding sugar gradually and beat well.
- Crush strawberries and beat them in a few at a time, making sure sauce stays smooth.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready for use.
