Asian Chilie Dipping Sauce
|2 roasted green chilies, chopped (roast over a gas flame or under a broiler to remove skin)|
|2 tsp Anchovie paste|
|2 tsp brown sugar|
|1 tsp grated lime peel|
|2 tbs lime juice|
|1 tsp ginger, grated|
|2 scallions, minced (white and green parts|
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl except for the scallions
- Sprinkle with the scallions and serve with raw vegetables for dipping.
- Recipe may be doubled.
