Asian Chilie Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
2 roasted green chilies, chopped (roast over a gas flame or under a broiler to remove skin) | ||
2 tsp Anchovie paste | ||
2 tsp brown sugar | ||
1 tsp grated lime peel | ||
2 tbs lime juice | ||
1 tsp ginger, grated | ||
2 scallions, minced (white and green parts |
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl except for the scallions
- Sprinkle with the scallions and serve with raw vegetables for dipping.
- Recipe may be doubled.
