Asian Chilie Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

2 roasted green chilies, chopped (roast over a gas flame or under a broiler to remove skin)
2 tsp Anchovie paste
2 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp grated lime peel
2 tbs lime juice
1 tsp ginger, grated
2 scallions, minced (white and green parts
  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl except for the scallions
  • Sprinkle with the scallions and serve with raw vegetables for dipping.
  • Recipe may be doubled.
