Asian Chilie Dipping Sauce
- 2 roasted green chilies, chopped (roast over a gas flame or under a broiler to remove skin)
- 2 tsp Anchovie paste
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp grated lime peel
- 2 tbs lime juice
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 scallions, minced (white and green parts
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl except for the scallions
- Sprinkle with the scallions and serve with raw vegetables for dipping.
- Recipe may be doubled.
