Avocado Dip with Red and Black Caviar


  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbs lime juice
  • dash of kosher salt
  • dash of black pepper
  • 2 tbs red caviar
  • 2 tbs black caviar
  • Cut avocado in half, remove seed and scoop flesh and add to a bowl.
  • Squeeze lime juice over the avocado.
  • Mash the avocado and add the sour cream and combine well
  • Add the caviar and gently combine.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Recipe may be doubled.
