Avocado Dip with Red and Black Caviar
|1 large ripe avocado|
|1/4 cup sour cream|
|2 tbs lime juice|
|dash of kosher salt|
|dash of black pepper|
|2 tbs red caviar|
|2 tbs black caviar|
- Cut avocado in half, remove seed and scoop flesh and add to a bowl.
- Squeeze lime juice over the avocado.
- Mash the avocado and add the sour cream and combine well
- Add the caviar and gently combine.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Recipe may be doubled.
