Bacon and Cheese Dip
Ingredients
2 cups cottage cheese | ||
1/4 cup Greek style yogurt | ||
1/2 pound thick sliced bacon (10 to 15 slices) | ||
1 tsp garlic powder | ||
1 tsp garlic powder | ||
dash of kosher salt | ||
1 tbs fresh chives |
- Cut bacon into 1/2 inches pieces and fry until crispy.
- Drain and remove to paper towels.
- In a food processor or blender add the cottage cheese, yogurt and spices and blend until smooth.
- Remove mixture to a bowl and add the bacon and chives. Mix well.
- Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
