Bacon and Cheese Dip


  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup Greek style yogurt
  • 1/2 pound thick sliced bacon (10 to 15 slices)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • dash of kosher salt
  • 1 tbs fresh chives
  • Cut bacon into 1/2 inches pieces and fry until crispy.
  • Drain and remove to paper towels.
  • In a food processor or blender add the cottage cheese, yogurt and spices and blend until smooth.
  • Remove mixture to a bowl and add the bacon and chives. Mix well.
  • Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
