Chinese Cream Cheese Spread


  • 1/2 lb of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp ground ginger or 2 tsp fresh
  • 1/2 tsp five spice powder
  • 1 tbs sesame seed
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbs soy sauce
  • dash of kosher salt and white pepper
  • Add all ingredients to a covered bowl and mix well.
  • Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
  • Serve with crackers and or crusty bread.
