Chinese Cream Cheese Spread
- 1/2 lb of cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp ground ginger or 2 tsp fresh
- 1/2 tsp five spice powder
- 1 tbs sesame seed
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- dash of kosher salt and white pepper
- Add all ingredients to a covered bowl and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
- Serve with crackers and or crusty bread.
