Chinese Cream Cheese Spread
|1/2 lb of cream cheese, softened|
|1 tsp ground ginger or 2 tsp fresh|
|1/2 tsp five spice powder|
|1 tbs sesame seed|
|1 tsp garlic powder|
|1 tsp onion powder|
|1 tbs soy sauce|
|dash of kosher salt and white pepper|
- Add all ingredients to a covered bowl and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
- Serve with crackers and or crusty bread.
