Chinese Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
1 Cup of sour cream | ||
2 tsp toasted sesame seeds | ||
1 tsp ginger, minced | ||
1 tsp cayenne pepper | ||
1 scallion, minced |
- Toast sesame seeds in a dry saute pan for several minutes.
- Add all ingredients to covered bowl and mix well.
- Refrigerate covered for several hours or until thoroughly chilled.
- Use as a dipping sauce for raw vegetables or shrimp crackers.
