Combo Cheese Dip


  • 1 (8oz) package of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (4oz) package of Camembert cheese
  • 2 cups small curd cottage cheese
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
  • 1 scallion, chopped, white and green parts
  • In a bowl add all ingredients and mix until smooth.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
  • Serve with crusty bread or crackers.
