Combo Cheese Dip
- 1 (8oz) package of cream cheese, softened
- 1 (4oz) package of Camembert cheese
- 2 cups small curd cottage cheese
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
- 1 scallion, chopped, white and green parts
- In a bowl add all ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
- Serve with crusty bread or crackers.
