Garlic Spiced Olives


  • 1 lb of mixed olives (your choice of varieties) drained rinsed
  • 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
  • 1 tbs oregano
  • kosher salt and fresh black pepper to taste
  • Add all ingredients to a large covered bowl.
  • Mix  well and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Before serving bring olives to room temperature.
  • Serve on a platter with toothpicks.
