Garlic Spiced Olives
|1 lb of mixed olives (your choice of varieties) drained rinsed|
|1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil|
|2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed|
|1 tbs oregano|
|kosher salt and fresh black pepper to taste|
- Add all ingredients to a large covered bowl.
- Mix well and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving bring olives to room temperature.
- Serve on a platter with toothpicks.
