Mango Mint Salsa
Ingredients
1 cup diced fresh mango | ||
1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced | ||
1/4 cup red onion, diced | ||
1/4 cup scallions, chopped | ||
2 tbs mint, chopped | ||
1 clove garlic, chopped | ||
2 tbs fresh squeezed lime juice | ||
1 tbs extra virgin olive oil | ||
kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste. |
- Add all ingredients to a non reactive bowl and combine well.
- Allow flavors to marry for at least 1 hour before serving.
