Maple Syrup Pie


  • 1 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 and 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 tbs butter, softened
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 unbaked pie shells

This is a super rich absolutely delicious pie.

  • Beat together the syrup, sugar, cream, butter and eggs.
  • Pour into the pie shells.
  • Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  • You my serve with warmed cream poured over each slice.
