Maple Syrup Pie
- 1 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 and 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 2 tbs butter, softened
- 4 eggs
- 3 unbaked pie shells
This is a super rich absolutely delicious pie.
- Beat together the syrup, sugar, cream, butter and eggs.
- Pour into the pie shells.
- Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
- You my serve with warmed cream poured over each slice.
