Seafood Herb Butter


  • 1 stick of unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbs shallots
  • 1 tbs parsley
  • dash of kosher salt
This  mixture  is perfect drizzled over seafood.
  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
  • Add the mixture to a sheet of aluminum foil and form into a log.
  • Refrigerate for several hours, then cut coins and place on top of fish while cooking.
