Seafood Herb Butter
- 1 stick of unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbs shallots
- 1 tbs parsley
- dash of kosher salt
This mixture is perfect drizzled over seafood.
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
- Add the mixture to a sheet of aluminum foil and form into a log.
- Refrigerate for several hours, then cut coins and place on top of fish while cooking.
