Smoked Salmon Dip


  • 1/4 lb of smoked salmon, chopped
  • 1/4 lb of cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbs of sour cream
  • 1 tbs fresh chives, chopped
  • kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper
  • In a bowl mix cream cheese and sour cream and beat until smooth.
  • Add chives and garlic and mix well
  • Add salmon and season with salt and pepper.
  • Gently mix well.
  • Chill for several and serve with crusty bread or crackers.
