Smoked Salmon Dip
Ingredients
1/4 lb of smoked salmon, chopped | ||
1/4 lb of cream cheese, softened | ||
2 tbs of sour cream | ||
1 tbs fresh chives, chopped | ||
kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper |
- In a bowl mix cream cheese and sour cream and beat until smooth.
- Add chives and garlic and mix well
- Add salmon and season with salt and pepper.
- Gently mix well.
- Chill for several and serve with crusty bread or crackers.
