Smoked Salmon Dip
|1/4 lb of smoked salmon, chopped|
|1/4 lb of cream cheese, softened|
|2 tbs of sour cream|
|1 tbs fresh chives, chopped|
|kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper|
- In a bowl mix cream cheese and sour cream and beat until smooth.
- Add chives and garlic and mix well
- Add salmon and season with salt and pepper.
- Gently mix well.
- Chill for several and serve with crusty bread or crackers.
