Spicy Curry Dip


  • 1/2 cup Greek style plain yogurt
  • 3 tbs of sour cream
  • 2 tsp hot curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger minced
  • dash of kosher salt
  • To a covered bowl add all ingredients and mix well.
  • Place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
  • Recipe may be doubled.
