Curried Barbecue Sauce
Ingredients
| 2 cups ketchup | ||
| 1 cup prepared mustard | ||
| 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce | ||
| 1 tbs hot curry powder | ||
| 1 tbs liquid smoke | ||
| 1 tsp cumin powder | ||
| 1 tsp Tabasco sauce | ||
| 1/2 cup honey | ||
| salt and pepper to taste |
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Use to slather on ribs, beef, pork or chicken.
- Apply during the last 15 minutes of cooking.
