Dry Rub for Poultry

Ingredients

6 tbs dried sage
3 tbs kosher salt
3 tbs black pepper
2 tbs garlic powder
2 tbs dry mustard
  • Rub into poultry before barbecuing.
  • Let meat rest for one hour before placing over coals.
  • Recipe may be doubled or tripled.
