Multi Purpose Herb Blend
|2 cups fresh basil|
|2/3 cup fresh chives|
|1 cup fresh Italian parsley|
|2 tbs butter|
|3 tbs olive oil|
|kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste|
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse 4 or five times.
- Mixture should be about the consistency of pesto.
- You may freeze in small containers until ready to use.
- Use as a rub on meat or fish.
