Multi Purpose Herb Blend


  • 2 cups fresh basil
  • 2/3 cup fresh chives
  • 1 cup fresh Italian parsley
  • 2 tbs butter
  • 3 tbs olive oil
  • kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
  • Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse 4 or five times.
  • Mixture should be about the consistency of pesto.
  • You may freeze in small containers until ready to use.
  • Use as a rub on meat or fish.
