North Carolina Pulled Pork Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients

2 quarts cider vinegar
1 and 1/2 ozs of crushed red pepper
kosher salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Mix all ingredients well, then use to baste the pig liberally with sauce while cooking.
  • You may serve as a side sauce as well.
