Prosciutto with Melon


  • 1 cantaloupe and or honey dew melon
  • 20 slices of prosciutto
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • fresh cracked black pepper to taste
  • Cut melon in half lengthwise, remove seeds and slice into 20 thin wedges.
  • Wrap a slice of prosciutto around each wedge.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and a few grinds of black pepper.
