Prosciutto with Melon
- 1 cantaloupe and or honey dew melon
- 20 slices of prosciutto
- extra virgin olive oil
- fresh cracked black pepper to taste
- Cut melon in half lengthwise, remove seeds and slice into 20 thin wedges.
- Wrap a slice of prosciutto around each wedge.
- Drizzle with olive oil and a few grinds of black pepper.
