Restaurant Steak Sauce
|2 tbs butter|
|1/3 cups onion, minced|
|2/3 cups carrots, minced|
|1/3 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced thinly|
|2 tsp fresh thyme|
|1/4 tsp paprika|
|1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced|
- Melt butter in a saucepan.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, except for the parsley.
- Simmer sauce for about 10 minutes, then stir in the parsley.
- Spoon over meat to serve.
