Restaurant Steak Sauce
Ingredients
2 tbs butter | ||
1/3 cups onion, minced | ||
2/3 cups carrots, minced | ||
1/3 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced thinly | ||
2 tsp fresh thyme | ||
1/4 tsp paprika | ||
1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced |
- Melt butter in a saucepan.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, except for the parsley.
- Simmer sauce for about 10 minutes, then stir in the parsley.
- Spoon over meat to serve.
