Restaurant Steak Sauce
- 2 tbs butter
- 1/3 cups onion, minced
- 2/3 cups carrots, minced
- 1/3 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced thinly
- 2 tsp fresh thyme
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
- Melt butter in a saucepan.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, except for the parsley.
- Simmer sauce for about 10 minutes, then stir in the parsley.
- Spoon over meat to serve.
