|1/2 cup sour cream|
|1/2 cup plain yogurt|
|2 tbs onion, minced|
|2 Italian tomatoes, chopped|
|1 tbs lime juice|
|1 Jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped|
|2 tbs fresh cilantro, chopped|
|pinch of ground cumin|
|kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste|
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
- Store in refrigerator in a bowl with a tight fitting lid.
