Bacon and Orange Marmalade Sandwich on Pumpernickel
|1 lb of bacon, until cooked , but not crispy|
|8 slices of pumpernickel bread|
|1 jar of orange marmalade|
|1 stick of butter, softened|
- Cook bacon until cooked, but not crispy.
- Slightly toast bread.
- On each slice of bread, spread butter, then spread marmalade.
- Add 4 to 5 slices of bacon to 4 slices of bread then top with another slice.
