Bacon and Orange Marmalade Sandwich on Pumpernickel
- 1 lb of bacon, until cooked , but not crispy
- 8 slices of pumpernickel bread
- 1 jar of orange marmalade
- 1 stick of butter, softened
- Cook bacon until cooked, but not crispy.
- Slightly toast bread.
- On each slice of bread, spread butter, then spread marmalade.
- Add 4 to 5 slices of bacon to 4 slices of bread then top with another slice.
