Bacon Buttermilk Dressing
- 6 slices of bacon, cooked crispy and diced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 scallions, minced
- 1 tbs fresh chervil or parsley, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp paprika
- dash of Tabasco
- Saute bacon until crisp, drain and dice.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients.
- Add bacon, cover and refrigerate.
