Bacon Buttermilk Dressing
|6 slices of bacon, cooked crispy and diced|
|1 cup mayonnaise|
|1 cup buttermilk|
|2 scallions, minced|
|1 tbs fresh chervil or parsley, minced|
|2 cloves garlic, minced|
|kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste|
|1 tsp paprika|
|dash of Tabasco|
- Saute bacon until crisp, drain and dice.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients.
- Add bacon, cover and refrigerate.
