Baked Corn Casserole
|1 (16oz) can of creamed corn|
|2 eggs slightly beaten|
|1 cup sour cream|
|1/2 cup margarine,melted|
|1 (16oz) can of whole kernel corn,drained|
|1 package of Jiff corn muffin mix|
|1 tbs sugar|
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Spoon mixture into a baking dish.
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
