Baked Corn Casserole
- 1 (16oz) can of creamed corn
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup margarine,melted
- 1 (16oz) can of whole kernel corn,drained
- 1 package of Jiff corn muffin mix
- 1 tbs sugar
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Spoon mixture into a baking dish.
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
