Barbecued Chicken Marinade


  • 4 tsp honey
  • 1/3 cup dry white wine
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
  • In a glass baking dish, pour marinade over chicken pieces. Marinate for several  hours.
  • Cook chicken over hot charcoal, being very careful not to burn.
  • You may brush on extra marinade during the last 10 minutes of  cooking.
  • Recipe may be doubled our tripled.
