Barbecued Chicken Marinade
- 4 tsp honey
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
- In a glass baking dish, pour marinade over chicken pieces. Marinate for several hours.
- Cook chicken over hot charcoal, being very careful not to burn.
- You may brush on extra marinade during the last 10 minutes of cooking.
- Recipe may be doubled our tripled.
