Barbecued Chicken Sauce
Ingredients
| 1 cup ketchup | ||
| 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce | ||
| 1/4 cup soy sauce | ||
| 1 tsp thyme | ||
| 1 tsp garlic powder | ||
| 1 small onion, minced | ||
| 1/4 cup brown sugar | ||
| 1 tsp kosher salt | ||
| 1 tsp black pepper | ||
| 1/2 stick butter, melted |
- Mix all ingredients in a large glass bowl. Mix well.
- Use to brush over chicken during the last 20 minutes of cooking over coals.
