Barbecued Rabbit
Ingredients
1 (3lb) rabbit, cleaned | ||
1 and 1/2 tbs of vinegar | ||
1 tbs sugar | ||
1 and 1/2 tbs of dry mustard | ||
3 tbs Worcestershire sauce | ||
1/2 bottle of chili sauce | ||
2 tsp kosher salt | ||
1 tsp black pepper | ||
1 can beef broth | ||
1 medium onion sliced | ||
2 cloves garlic, minced | ||
1/4 cup butter, melted | ||
1 tsp liquid smoke |
- Mix all ingredients, except rabbit.
- Cook rabbit over hot coals, turning frequently and basting with the sauce.
