Celery Seed Dressing
Ingredients
| 1 cup extra virgin olive oil | ||
| 1/3 cup red wine vinegar | ||
| 1 tsp celery seed | ||
| 3 tbs onion, finely minced | ||
| 1 tsp dried mustard | ||
| kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste |
- Add all ingredients to a non reactive bowl and whisk well.
- Serve over salad greens.
