Creamy Corn Bread
Ingredients
1/2 cup canola oil, divided | ||
2 boxes of Jiffy corn bread mix | ||
1/4 tsp salt | ||
1 can cream style corn | ||
1 pint sour cream | ||
4 eggs |
- Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease a baking pan or cast iron skillet with part of the oil.
- Mix the remaining oil with all other ingredients.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
