Creamy Corn Bread
|1/2 cup canola oil, divided|
|2 boxes of Jiffy corn bread mix|
|1/4 tsp salt|
|1 can cream style corn|
|1 pint sour cream|
- Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease a baking pan or cast iron skillet with part of the oil.
- Mix the remaining oil with all other ingredients.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
