Georgia Oven Barbecued Spare Ribs
Ingredients
1 tbs vinegar | ||
1 tbs Worcestershire sauce | ||
4 tbs kosher salt | ||
4 tbs kosher salt | ||
1 tsp red pepper | ||
1 tsp black pepper | ||
1 tsp chili powder | ||
1/3 cup ketchup | ||
1/3 cup water | ||
1 onion sliced | ||
2 lbs spare ribs |
- Combine the first nine ingredients into a sauce.
- Put the ribs into a roasting pan and top with the onions.
- Pour sauce over ribs.
- Cover and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 and 1/2 hours, basting occasionally.
- Turn ribs one or tow times.
- Remove cover during the final 15 minutes to brown the ribs.
